12 Nozzle Lipstick Filling Machine, Lipstick Making Machines applies to fill cosmetics, such as mascara, generic lipstick, pen type lipstick, large plastic pen, small pen, fine shape lipstick, foundation stick, lip balm, lip gloss etc. The materials which including glitter powder and pearl us available to fill as well.

L 20L heating tank adopts dual/trip jacket layer design, temp& mixing speed is adjustable.

l Fill 6,10 or 12pcs one time by 6, 10 or 12 nozzles.

l Piston filling system is driven by servo motor and numerical control.

l Rotary Valve is driven by cylinder.

l Stirring device is driven by motor.

l Mould lifting function is driven by Servo Motor.

l Colors man-machine touch panel interface and omnibearing numerical control. Operation is easy and precise.

l Filling precision is ±0.1g.

l Can fill irregularity bottles.

A. Power Switch:control Power On/Off

B. Lifting Cylinder(Manual/Auto): turn to Manual mode to adjust the position of Heat Gun when changing the mold. After finish the setting, turn to Auto mode to run the machine automatically.

C. Delay to move down: the time Setting of delay the Heat Gun to move down. To avoid the machine hurt the hand of operator, the heat gun should not move down when change the mold, so have to set a delay time to ensure safety in production. Delay time could be set base on the time of operator change the mold.

D. Heating up time: the time setting of heating up mold.
